125 g. butter
200 g. of sugar
250 g. of milk
450 g. cookies
50 g. cocoa
100 g. mandola (grated)
Break the cookies in half. In a saucepan pour the milk with the sugar. On low heat stir them with a hand whisk until the sugar melts. Then, add the butter and wait to melt. When it melted, add the cocoa and leave it for a while to fire up. Remove it and add the grated mandola and cookies. Then, pour the mixture onto the wax paper and wrap in a roll. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours to freeze.
