Yoghurt Cream with Kumquat

Ingredients

1 cup yoghurt

3 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 orange cleaned and cut into small cubes and his zest

1 cup orange juice

2 tsp. tablespoon cornflour

½ cup sour cream

1 jar of drained sweet kumquat

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Beat eggs in mixer with the sugar until they are fluffy and whiten. Divide the diced orange to 6-8 buttered fireproof bowl. Dissolve the cornstarch in the orange juice and add the yoghurt, cream, orange zest and the beaten eggs. Mix by gentle agitation in order to incorporate all ingredients. Pour the cream into bowls and put them in a pan of boiling water (bain marie). Bake for about an hour until the cream thick. Remove them from the oven and let them cool. Serve garnished with kumquat.
