1 dose dough for bread
200 g. grated smoked Metsovone cheese
6-7 kumquat, only peeled chopped
Aleppo pepper (optional, you find it in shops that sell spices)
Make the bread and let it rise for 1.5-2 hours. Then shape it into about 15 small buns.
Make buns as levels you can, put them on a plate or baking tray covered with non-stick tape and apply to the surface of each bit of the chopped kumquats and a bit of grated cheese of.
Sprinkle with pepper and leave to rise foe 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220 C.
Bake the bread for the first 10 minutes at a high temperature and then lower to 180 C. Overall they want about 35-40 minutes, but times are always dependent on the oven.
